Note on Impression Numbers

From late 2014 a small number of review copies (“Impression 0”) were issued with a temporary cover.

Impression 1 was issued at the Manchester launch in February 2015.

Impression 2 was issued at the London launch in March 2015. It contained a large number of corrections, and those who had bought Impression 1 were offered a free replacement. The table above therefore takes Impression 2 as its starting point.

Impression 3 was launched in summer 2015.

Impression 4 was supplied in small quantities from May 2017, but the binding was less satisfactory, and it was mistakenly printed with the 1st impression cover (showing ‘Foreword’ misspelt as ‘Foreward’).

Impression 5 was suplied from 2017 to 2022.

Impression 6 is currently being supplied.
